Our Application Process
The application process is a very important part of recruiting and essential for finding or hiring talent. We attach particular importance to getting to know each other and the transparency of our application process. We have therefore put together the process for you.
Your application documents have been received – what happens next?
Our HR department looks through all applications and sorts them into invitations to the first interview and rejections. Interesting applicants will be invited to an initial interview by telephone. Cancellations will be sent via email.
After a successful initial interview, the applicant will be invited to an on-site or online interview. In addition to the applicant, our HR department and management also take part in the interview. The successful applicant will be invited to the taster day. If the interview is not successful, the applicant will be informed either immediately or a few days later by telephone (this depends on the number of applicants and can take up to 14 days).
A taster day usually lasts half a day and is used to get to know each other, introduce the team and gain an insight into future tasks. Smaller tasks can also be set. If both sides agree after the taster day, there will be a commitment or a contract will be signed.
